S.K.’s Swedish Crepes

2/3 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. whipping cream
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs, separated
1/8 c. sugar
1/4 cube butter

1. Whip egg whites.
2. Beat Bisquick, egg yolks, whipping cream, and milk together until smooth. 3. Fold in whipped egg whites.
4. Stir in sugar and melted butter.
5. Fry on hot griddle.

Serves 4.
