Wedding Bells for Joy Peterson and Thomas Hubler

On September 15, apiarist and poet, Tom Hubler, and wit and art lover, Joy Peterson, exchanged vows at Saint Mary’s Episcopal Church in Saint Paul, Minnesota. A convivial reception, very much enjoyed by both children and adults, followed at the Saint Paul Hotel.

New Library at North Park

North Park celebrated the "closing in" of its New Library with a cookout on the Nyvall Hall side lawn. Here are three wonderful Pietisten readers and contributors, Charles Peterson, Barbara Hawkinson, and Helen Fredrickson in a lively discussion of some important matters.

Cooper Riley Johnson Comes to Light

Beth and Nolden Johnson of Marblehead, Massachusetts, are the proud parents of Cooper. The eight-pound, nine-ounce, 21-incher at birth came into this world on December 15. He is the first grandson of Nancy and Dr. G. Timothy Johnson, Medical Director of ABC TV and frequent contributor to Pietisten.

Philosophy Scholarship Fund Report
