It was forty years ago
We were shovelin’ in the snow.
Chippin’ ice and haulin’ trash
Lots of laughs and not much cash.
Mowin’, edgin’, digin’ dirt
Sweat just pourin’ down the shirt.
And when days were filled with gloom
We cheered up in the boiler room.
Now we all have aged a bit
And some pains and creaks we get.
But we do the best we can
Cause we learned it from the Man!

One of the most popular sections was the Photo Album from the Symposium and Mission Meeting on the 75th Anniversary of the birth of Zenos Hawkinson, held March 18 at North Park University. Within days of the symposium, pietisten.org posted five pages of color photos.

Readers in over a dozen countries have visited Pietisten Online. Naturally, most of the hits come from the United States and Canada, but Sweden, Norway, and Denmark are not far behind. Other readers hail from Israel, Greece, Australia, Japan, and Switzerland, among others. — KN
